Do I have plantar fasciitis

For the last couple of weeks I have bee going out jogging because I have a marathon to do very soon..... and I am challenging myself to get more healthy as I am not very at the moment anyway whilst I have been running I have noticed that my heels and arches on my feet start to get more and more sore as my feet hit the ground. 30 minutes into the runnign I just have to stop all together as it just get too much which really is a set back.... could I have plantar fasciitis or would I not even be able to run in the firs place if I had.. If I continue and not solve this mystery could I end up getting PF? Probably...

Well this was quite interesting about plantar fasciitis I never realized so many people end up getting it.. recently I too have been hurting on my good old heels, unsure at the moment what to make of it I suspect I might be getting it...... I really hope not as I got a marathon soon.. DOH!

But I really have no idea how I have ended up getting it though as I am always quite sensible when it comes to my footcare.. I always by the best shoes.. actually come to think of it I think that it is the lousy scholl insoles that I bought that have done it. One of my friends said to me "oh you really have to try a pair of scholl insoles they are so comfy for your feet!" they did put a little dent in my wallet as well which is really annoying... So I bought them and ever since they have been just giving me trouble and have been either digging into my feet or just seem to do something annoying to them. I have thrown them out now because they have proven to be a complete waste of money.

So now I dont know what Insoles I can actually trust...... if scholl which is meant to be the leading brand doesnt work what will? ANYONE KNOW?

Anyway back to my suspected plantar fasciitis, I am still stumped on what could have caused it apart form the scholl insoles.. I have good running technique.. erm I always pace myself and never push myself to far....

Using pinhole glasses to get clearer vision?

Pinhole glasses a really great and useful way to see more clearly. Seeing more clearly really good. Your eyes are very important and so that is why you need to look after them. The muscles in your eyes are very complex and through old age can weaken. To combat against this like all muscles your eyes need to exercise. The right way. Pinhole glasses beat eye surgery as they actually develop your eyes for sustainable and long lasting results it helps to eliminate the problem that causes blurry and unclear eye sight something which cannot be done with laser eye surgery. Laser eye surgery simply masks the symptoms.
Pinhole glasses are worn for just 15 minutes a day and within a month you may see that you can see more clearly. Its that easy.

A way to appear taller with height insoles

I cam across these insoles that help you grow... well when i say grow you wont exactly grow taller but you will appear taller! These insoles increase your height by magic.. well when i say magic i don't really mean magic because what you do is put them in your shoes and then they lift your heel.. that's exactly how they work. They sound similar to high heels but they are far different because with high heels and even with elevator shoes everybody knows you are getting your height from them but not with some of these heel lifts. They give you hidden height, which nobody will know about. Not only that but high heels and elevator shoes can be uncomfortable a lot of the time. If you buy the right eight increasing insoles you will not feel uncomfortable wearing them at all because some have built in arch supports... remember that you feet aren't made to be flat so why wear flat insoles? You need extra support as over time wearing flat shoes and insoles can damage and weaken the plantar fascia in your foot. This could mean that you could get plantar faciitis. All because you didn't wear the right insoles...

Well enough talking about them... i just thought i would post about these insoles as they really have worked for me.
